When will I receive my order?
Orders typically ship in 3-4 business days. Please note that once a package is shipped we cannot control it. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@gracenotesliving.com. It is important that you verify your shipping address at checkout before submitting your order. Customers are responsible for paying any reshipping charges associated with a package if an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout.
I can't find a package marked as delivered!
If your package was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, do the following:
Check with your neighbors to see if they received it accidentally.
Reach out to your local post office or UPS / FedEx facility.
Once a package leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for it. At that point, it is the responsibility of the carrier. All lost / stolen package claims must be handled with them directly at the links below:
